The Royal 2 building located on Vozara Street (Khalid Islamboli) was a half-built structure that was located on 20 floors in the vicinity of Sai Park and overlooked it in terms of volume and visuals.
In the design process, an attempt has been made to present an abstract and summarized picture of the buildings in the form of a collage to the audience by redefining the typology of facades of the 40s and 50s of Tehran. In addition, it has been tried to criticize the solid and object-like nature of highrise buildings by creating empty spaces (nothing) and the dialectic between full and empty space.
