Preparation of development and development plan (Master Plan) of Marivan city according to the contract concluded between the General Administration of Roads and Urban Development of Kurdistan Province as the employer and the Urban Planning and Architecture Research Center of Iran and after holding an introduction meeting by the respected employer between the consultant of the comprehensive plan and Marivan Municipality It started in September 2017.
Marivan city, as the political-administrative center of Marivan city, has the position of providing services to the entire region of the city and due to its border location and being located at a distance of 20 kilometers from Bashmaq border market, it has economic capacities and trade of goods.
