Dasht Mosha region is geographically located in the east of Tehran province and between Firuzkoh and Haraz roads. This region has been dual in terms of management, sometimes it is under the administration of Damavand municipality and sometimes it has been the governorate. Considering the duties of Damavand municipality in providing services to this area and monitoring constructions since the approval of the Hadi plan in the 80s, without annexing the area to the city in the master plan, the issue of its annexation to Damavand city has been raised.
