Location: District 2 of Tehran
This project is located in District 2 of Tehran and on the northwest side of the intersection of Jalal Al Ahmad Highway and Yadgar Imam Highway, a land with an area of 10927 m2, which is currently owned by the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support. In 2015, this land was handed over to Cason Company with a building permit in exchange for the design and construction of the Tehran Book Garden project.
After buying this land from Cason Company, the Ministry of Defense needed more residential density than the building permit in order to provide housing for the members of the mechanical industries group affiliated to this ministry, so it tried to prepare a plan according to its needs.
